Good clean apartment at reasonable price. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. It had a full functional kitchen. Good location and everything is close by right from a medical shop to grocery store to restaurants. Highly recommend for families and friends.

Good location - just 10 minute walk from the Ranganathaswamy temple. A two-bedroom, hall, kitchen flat in a middle class locality. Enough for a big (4-5 person) family. Slightly expensive for the "facilities" after the rate was hiked. It is an old renovated apartment. Kitchen has a couple of vessels and a cooker. The owner also has a shop across the road which opens early and closes late. One problem is they charge extra for using the kitchen and "maintenance", which they don't say upfront. This is not for you if you are looking for a posh accommodation. But when you are visiting a temple, posh must be the last thing in your mind. They allow pets. We have stayed here twice. Recommended.

The apartment we stayed as 5 members as a family was a 2BHK with 2 bathrooms attached with toilets with amenities like TV, AC, wifi and geysers, all in proper working conditions. The place was well-maintained with cleanliness at 100%. The apartments are charged from 12pm of day 1 till 12pm of day 2 (every 24 hour period) and charges are same for whatever occupancy time be.

We took the two bedroom apartment. We had our privacy and it was very comfortable. There was a TV in the living room with cable and a sofa. A dining table with chairs. Kitchen with utensils and gas. We were 6 adults and 2 children. Very reasonable pricing. Close to temples. Lot of eateries around.

Excellent apartment neat and clean with stove and sufficient utensils. Only minus lot of insects. Otherwise an excellent stay. House owner is very nice and helpful. Can accommodate up to 8 persons comfortably.

The stay was excellent with all facilities with wifi, kitchen,two bedrooms, TV and clean bathrooms with hot water in a fully furnished apartment. Nice place to stay in Thiruchchi. And even owner helped us to fix our vehicle problem by bringing a mechanic at a short notice. Such courtesy is rare.

Best place to stay with family of 5 members; nearby the ranganathan temple. Venkatesh was very friendly and helped guiding routes.

We were there at the apartment, got infomation thru net and contacted Mr Balaji directly. We got in around 6pm and left around 10 am after a whole day stay in between. Whatever was told to us was all present in the apartment, it was neat and tidy, both the rooms were comfortable, a roomy sitting room and a kitchen with utensils. Wifi was excellent thruout. Cable TV, A/C, water heater all were in good codition. Surprised to see a young, courteous Mr Balaji who was very helpful. We had a power outage from around 10 am to 330pm, the lights, fans and minimal power was available thru an inverter. The apartment is on the ground floor, parking is outside on the street, it is around 1.5 km from the temple by road and less than 1 km by foot. Managed to go around 4 am for an early darshan as it was so near. Got back by 7:30am. It would be helpful if Mr Balaji can tie up with a few folks who would deliver food to the apartment, maybe even home cooked food by local folks who can use the money. There was no maid service on the days we were there, was not needed as we were mostly eating out, Mr Balaji did mention that he gets the place cleaned up, so maybe it is available on request. We had a pleasant stay and a homely atmosphere.
